Every European factory has an official price list — the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) at which showrooms and dealers sell that product worldwide. It is not a number we invent: the factory price list is a public document, and every discount is calculated from it. In our estimate you see the official list price and what you actually pay.

Correct — and it matters: the commission is calculated on the factory price, not the retail price. Example: a sofa is €10,000 on the factory price list. Factory price at −50% = €5,000. Trentini's 25% commission on €5,000 = €1,250. You pay €6,250 in total — that is 37.5% below retail. This is why the honest total saving on a project is typically 30–40%, even though line-item discounts reach 65%. Every estimate shows both numbers: the discount per line and the total including commission.

Factories do not sell to private clients at dealer prices — those terms go only to official partners who meet obligations in return: investing in exposition (our 1,200 m² showroom in Riga), funding brand marketing, and providing the factory with consistent purchase volume. Trentini has worked this way since 2002 — which is why we hold prices a one-time buyer will not get, even by writing to the factory directly. And if a factory offers better-than-standard terms for your volume, our mirror principle applies: you receive them one-to-one. Everything can be verified against the factory invoice, which we provide on request.

We work exclusively from the manufacturers' official price lists. Every line of the estimate is open: the factory list price, the applied discount, and Trentini's commission — nothing hidden in a markup. On request, we provide the factory invoice as proof of the purchase price. That is the Open Book principle: you always see the same numbers we do.

Arranging transport is the small part of logistics — perhaps twenty percent. The other eighty percent is responsibility. Premium furniture gets damaged, lost, or arrives in the wrong finish, and in practice insurance solves little: no policy will replace a scratched €20,000 cabinet — at best it pays for restoration. With Direct Value, Trentini carries that risk: if goods arrive damaged or wrong, replacement or repair through the factory is our job and our relationship with the manufacturer — not your dispute with an insurer. And of course the full cycle: consolidation of orders from all factories at our warehouse (storage free for up to 6 months), delivery to your site in any country — we deliver projects worldwide — assembly, installation and packaging removal.

We return an estimate for your specification within 48 hours. Delivery after the order is placed typically takes 8–14 weeks — the standard production time of European factories, as every item is made to order. If you have a project completion date, we build an ordering schedule so everything arrives on time.

Yes, originals only: goods are ordered directly from the manufacturers with the factory's full documentation. Warranty is 24 months — or the manufacturer's extended warranty where one applies. After the warranty period we don't disappear: Trentini after-sales support runs for up to 10 years, including diagnostics, communication with the factory, and arranging repair or replacement.
